Janina is a founding partner of Ateo, a company based in Zurich focused on developing Augmented & Virtual Reality applications as well as Serious Games. After her studies at the ZHdK, she got involved in Game Design at YouRehab, a leading provider of interactive therapy systems for patients with movement disorders, and Serious Games development at ETH Zurich. She’s the Game Designer behind Black Island, a horror game for PC and Oculus Rift. Serious Games, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality: Ateo is a young company from Zurich, founded by two game designers in 2013. We concept, develop and deploy innovative applications & games using latest trends in wearable technology, Virtual Reality headsets and Augmented Reality. Google is providing funding and program assistance to further the efforts of women entrepreneurs through these programs.
