Bradley Wilkes is the Founder and President/CEO of WingCash. Founded in 2009, WingCash is a unique payment and promotion platform allowing individuals and businesses to pay one another with cash from mobile devices. WingCash is different because unlike the payment card networks, on-network cash payments are free, immediate and final. Prior to founding WingCash, Brad founded ProPay, Inc., a subsidiary of publicly traded Total Systems Services, Inc (NYSE:TSS) operating in Lehi, Utah. ProPay is a registered ISO/MSP and third party payment processor for Visa and MasterCard member banks and has millions of merchants on the system. He’s been awarded 6 payment related patents by the U.S Patent and Trademark Office. He received a Master’s of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelors of Science from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Mr. Wilkes is also a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
