We are happy to introduce Margaret-Mary Chisom Ezeh and Muna Okam - UCW students who started their business in Canada as immigrants.
Chisom is the Co founder of Budgety, a budgeting and expense tracking app for students and immigrants. She is currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in machine learning and AI at University Canada West. She has 6 years of experience in the software industry, specifically in fintech and SaaS, as a Product manager.
Muna is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience under her belt. She has founded several companies, growing them from startups to award winning businesses in her home country, Nigeria. She is the founder and current Chief Executive Officer of Chloe’s Cupcake Heaven Limited, a premium dessert retail company with outlets in Abuja and Lagos Nigeria, which specializes in the production and sale of quality baked desserts and frozen desserts. Chloe’s Cupcake Heaven was named as one of the fastest growing small medium enterprises in Nigeria, 2023. Presently, Muna recently founded Chloe’s Foods Incorporated, a food and snack manufacturing company based in British Columbia, Canada focused on developing, manufacturing, marketing, and selling packaged snacks in North America.
