Network with other founders and investors while touring Trenton's incredibly historic capital complex! What's better than this?? You may have done this in Central Park... but we'll show you how we do our Founder / VC Walks here at Trenton Makes!
We are testing out this Sunday event, when downtown is quietest! There is also typically lots of available parking on Sundays! However, please bring all supplies as not many businesses will be open. Thank you!
We guarantee that you'll be amazed by how beautiful Trenton is! Trenton is one of the most historic cities in the United States! It's time that we show off all of its beauty. Not only do we have a rich history of manufacturing... but Trenton also played the largest role in gaining our independence as it's the exact turning point of the revolutionary war. Trenton is also the state capital of New Jersey. This is exactly what investors need to see in order to be encouraged to invest in our capital city. Please feel free to invite startups and investors from your network / out of town as well. Lets build this innovation hub together!

We will start by walking to the Trenton Makes bridge and will hit the other stops on our way back to downtown. We will end the tour on S Warren street where we started.
Fun Historical Facts:
- In addition to being the capital of New Jersey... Trenton was also made capital of the entire United States from November 1 - December 24, 1784!
- It was the exact turning point of the revolutionary war where George Washington took the city back from the Hun military.
- George Washington then doubled down and went to Princeton during the same night after taking Trenton from the Huns.
- The Free Mason's Temple in Trenton is the headquarters for the entire Free Mason's organization.
