David Bicknell is the Chief Financial Officer at Immutable, a leading global web3 gaming platform backed by Temasek, Tencent, Coinbase and AirTree. Prior to his current role, David was SVP Finance at Airwallex, a cross-border payments platform backed by Tencent, Sequoia, DST and Square Peg.

Before this, David spent eight-years in the Bay Area, where he held senior finance roles at Meta, Twitter and Intuit, including leading Finance and Business Operations for the Facebook App. David started his career in investment banking at Macquarie Group in Australia, obtaining a chartered accountant (CA) certification and Finance Masters (INSEAD) during this time.
