Through sharing cutting-edge concepts, analyzing classic cases, and discussing practical strategies, it can provide helpful guidance and assistance to entrepreneurs on their way to going global, enabling them to bridge the cultural gap, gain a firm foothold on the international stage, and achieve sustainable development.
In the era of surging globalization, going global has become a crucial strategic choice for numerous enterprises and institutions seeking to expand their development space and seek new growth engines. Whether they are innovative technology enterprises, giants in traditional manufacturing, or pioneers in the cultural and art industries, they have all embarked on this journey.
However, the significant cultural differences among different countries and regions often impede effective communication and cooperation. Cross-cultural issues such as language barriers, values, and business etiquette differences have caused many overseas projects to encounter numerous setbacks during the implementation process. Therefore, enhancing cross-cultural communication capabilities has become one of the core factors determining the success or failure of going global.
Against this backdrop, on February 15th, Startup Grind Shenzhen, in collaboration with GlobeULink, specially planned a themed lecture and salon titled "How Can Entrepreneurs Enhance Cross-cultural Communication Capabilities”. This event aims to gather elites from all walks of life and build a platform for in-depth communication and the collision of wisdom.
Sandy, the founder of AI Notebook, will leverage her profound accumulation in the technology industry and understanding of overseas markets to analyze the opportunities and challenges of online cross-cultural communication from a digital perspective. She will explore key issues, such as whether online communication can genuinely break down cultural barriers and how to build trust through digital means.
The South China Regional Manager-Yingdao RPA, who is well-versed in AI-series tools and has cross-border experience, will discuss how to use tools to break through language barriers. She will also share practical cross-border office automation solutions to assist entrepreneurs in improving cross-cultural communication efficiency.
Cecily Li, the overseas business development manager of Luksens Technologie GmbH, will present practical cases and strategies for establishing connections with people from different cultural backgrounds. Her rich cross-border work experience will provide valuable experience for entrepreneurs expanding overseas connections and entering the international market.
We believe that through the sharing and communication of the guests, participants will gain new perspectives and ideas, find effective ways to enhance cross-cultural communication capabilities, successfully cross the cultural divide in the wave of going global, and achieve long-life development.
