In 2024, Startup Grind Shenzhen is celebrating its 10th year. As a community run entirely by volunteers, we have witnessed the dramatic business transformation in the China Greater Bay Area alongside the waves of innovation and technological breakthroughs. With recurring experiments to run a community purely driven by our values (Give First, Help Others, Make Friends), we have built a powerful, high-quality, and enduring entrepreneurial community.

Over the past decade, we've organized over 100 online and offline events with good-quality content and strong community vibes. We actively shared our community-building philosophy, engaged 200 industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors, and connected with over 30,000 participants. Inspired by SG events and insights, international communities like Startup Salad, Endurance Society, and Startup Weekend have grown and thrived.

On November 9th, our 2024 Community Building Open Class will shift the focal point back to "people." They are the heart of community building, from the beginning to the end. All community development efforts must revolve around people, especially the community builders themselves. How to motivate and support key groups within a community is the core topic we'll explore. We will welcome all community-building enthusiasts, including but not limited to SG volunteers, business entities, startups, non-profit organizations, and individual associations/clubs to join us for knowledge exchange and best practice sharing. We hope to empower and cultivate the next generation of community builders together.
