Under the guidance and support of the Administrative Committee of the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality and Lin-gang Special Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, World Top-Performing Incubator Forum 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the 2024 Top Incubator Forum or WTIF 2024) will be held from September 26th to 28th in Lingang, Shanghai. The forum aims to continue developing a professional, international, and value-connecting platform while also conveying the concept of "warm incubation", making the nurturing touch of technology incubation accessible.

Last December marked the successful conclusion of the inaugural World Top-Performing Incubator Forum. Over the two days, we received many indications of interest for collaboration and garnered widespread global attention.
