The vision of the platform is to be THE GO TO place for all that a woman needs to continue or return to the productive workforce; as an employee or an entrepreneur.
Prior to her startup, she was Talent Director with IBM India/SA in her last corporate assignment before she quit to follow her dreams. Poornima is an HR Leadership professional with an experience of 19+ years and in addition to IBM, she has worked with companies like Godrej and Airtel.
Poornima is a Diversity & Inclusion consultant and consults on various areas of D&I.
She is an Economics graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi and an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Mgmt, Pune. She is based out of Pune with her daughter and husband.
