Virginia is in charge of corporate affairs at the Future Food Institute, collaborating closely with the leadership team. She holds a Master’s Degree in Law, graduated cum laude from the University of Genova, with additional studies at Cité de la Sorbonne Paris V, Universidad de Sevilla, and Turiba Business School in Riga.

Virginia's legal career began in her family office and as a Junior Law Clerk at Genoa’s Court of Justice. In 2019, realizing she wanted her impact to extend beyond the conventional law field, she changed careers and founded a startup dedicated to helping individuals with food allergies find safe dining options. That same year, she was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to join the B.E.S.T. Entrepreneurship and Management program in San Francisco, aimed at nurturing future corporate innovation leaders through exposure to Silicon Valley's best practices.

Since 2019 she is also working at Future Food Institute on innovation projects to help large and small CGP companies develop sustainable products and ways of operating; organising educational programs and activities; leading the activities across our different living labs.
