Jasmine Bhatti founded Navi Nurses in 2021 after having a revolution while working at the Mayo Clinic: many patients and caregivers leave hospitals feeling alone and unprepared for what’s next. As a registered nurse herself, Bhatti built Navi Nurses, which she has described as “the Uber of nurses,” to give ordinary people access to quality nurses without an order.

Jasmine has led the company through multiple different stages, quickly growing to support more than 150 who have provided over 20,000 hours of at-home care to patients and families in Arizona. In March 2023, Navi Nurses was accepted into the Mayo Clinic and ASU MedTech Accelerator cohort, joining companies and leaders from five other nations.

Navi Nurses is a company that brings private nursing care directly to patients and families in their home, allowing on-demand access to specialized care. Services include end-of-life care, wound care, aging in place, post surgery support, and more.
