Wayne D. Kimmel is the Founder and Managing Partner of Artists & Instigators, a venture capital company that he founded in 1999 that invests in consumer product and services companies.  Some of Wayne’s most successful investments include:SeamlessWeb (acquired by ARAMARK)
Take Care Health Systems (acquired by Walgreens), and
NutriSystem (NTRI), (top performing stock in the U.S. for 5 consecutive years).

His business partners at Artists & Instigators are Marc Eckō & Tony Bifano.  In 2012, Philadelphia Magazine named Wayne as one of the “Top Innovators” in the Philadelphia region.  Wayne was also named by Philadelphia Magazine as one of “Philly’s People to Watch”: “one of 76 fascinating people whose moves, ideas, innovations and boldness will shape — and change — our lives over the next decade.”
