Jennifer Chance is the CEO and Co-founder of Green Country Media, the only woman-led BIPOC software development company in Oklahoma. A healthcare technology professional, Jennifer is a passionate advocate for accurate coding and data-driven insights. With over 15 years of experience as a medical coder and data analyst, she understands the stories behind the data and their impact on the general population. As a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC), Jennifer ensures compliance and excellence in patient outcomes.
Jennifer is also a Certified Professional Coder-Instructor (CPC-I), dedicated to educating the next generation of coding professionals. She holds Google Data Analytics Certificates, an Associate degree from Tulsa Community College, and a Bachelor's degree from Northeastern State University.
Balancing her career and family, Jennifer is a loving wife and mother who values human connection in her work. Her expertise, empathy, and dedication make her a transformative figure in the healthcare and technology industries.
