September Startup NOLA event: From Idea to Impact: Navigating I-Corps and SBIR Programs for Business Development, Funding, and Success.
The Startup NOLA September event hosted by Startup Grind New Orleans will explore two critical parts of early stage business development
1) Customer discovery with invited speaker Jacob Clemmons. Jacob will discuss customer discovery and finding product market fit from the perspective of I-Corps programs.
2) Early stage funding strategies with invited speaker Hutch McClendon. Hutch will discuss funding strategies with an emphasis on non dilutive funding such as Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) awards.
