In 2009, Pearl co-founded Fashionandyou.com, one of India's first online retail business to offer fashion and luxury brands at discounted prices. As the CEO of the company, Pearl catapulted Fashionandyou.com from incubation to market leader in India’s online fashion retail business. It has over 3.6 million member-base registered across 1200 locations pan-India. It is also one of the first online retail businesses to achieve over a million fan-base on social media in the online fashion and lifestyle segment worldwide. Pearl has more than thirteen years of experience in internet industries. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Pearl has worked with Yahoo India as the Director of Sales. She has also worked with Rediff.com and General Electric. Pearl holds a management degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. She also has an engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering in Industrial Engineering.
