Mr. Deepak Rao serves as the Chief Operating Officer of SOLOMO Technology Inc. SOLOMO Technology is a Madison based company that provides a cloud based platform for indoor location analytics and mobile engagement. SOLOMO was named a Cool Vendor in Retail in 2013, awarded Steve Case's "Rise Of The Rest" in 2014 and Microsoft Partner Of The Year Finalist in 2015.
Mr. Deepak Rao serves as the Chief Operating Officer of SOLOMO Technology Inc. Deepak worked 9 years at Microsoft in various sales management roles including Central Region Sales Director for Cloud Computing, Specialist Team Director for Enterprise Sales. Over the last 25 years, he has worked in software sales, development and manufacturing production planning. He has also worked at Oracle, Alventive and Consilium in sales and sales management roles. He holds B.S in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and M.S in Industrial Engineering from The University of Iowa.
