Ed & Adam are a couple of guys who took a risk, broke out of the corporate world to follow a dream that's paying off. Since launching in 2015, SpeedETab has grown to over to over 100 locations across South Florida, and has been featured on the Today Show, CNBC, Yahoo Finance and Inc. Magazine to name a few.
SpeedETab co-founder & CEO Adam Garfield is a Miami native who switched gears from developing independent hedgefund valuations across a variety of sectors to developing a unique plug-and-play value proposition for the food service industry.
Teamed-up with Adam, Ed Gilmore is co-founder & CTO with an extensive background in mobile technology dating back to his days as Lead Bluetooth Engineer at Motorola. Before SpeedETab Ed also served as a strategic advisor & CTO to Copley Retention Systems in the education technology space, and helped the company raise 1.5MM from several investors including Mark Cuban.
