Let's celebrate End of the Year together! For the December edition we are partnering with our friends of Fuckup Nights Madrid to bring a joint event to meet new friends, learn and have fun all together.

Startup Grind is the world’s largest community of startups, founders, innovators, and creators. We host monthly events in more than 600 cities and 125 countries featuring successful local founders, innovators, educators and investors who share personal stories and lessons learned on the road to building great companies. The Startup Grind community in Madrid has been present since 2014 and has more than 3700 members.

Fuckup Nights is a global movement and event series that shares stories of professional failure. Each month, in events across +200 cities and 65 countries, we get a couple of speakers to get up in front of a room full of strangers to share their own professional fuckup. The stories of the business that crashes and burns, the partnership deal that goes sour, the product that has to be recalled, we tell them all. The Fuckup Nights community in Madrid was born in 2014 and currently has + 1500 members, in our by-monthly events we welcome an average of 70 attendees.

For this event, we have the pleasure to host Pepe Villatoro, Co-Founder of Fuckup Nights to have a chat about failure, about creating healthy working environments in startups and also go through his experience in scaling organizations worldwide.

Pepe is a serial entrepreneur that has co-founded 5 companies and directed the fastest growing regions of unicorns WeWork and Deel.

He is a co-founder of Fuckup Night, a social enterprise working to build a world where everyone can share their failures openly and live to the fullest. Fuckup Nights is present in more than 90 countries and works with governments and multinationals to build cultures of innovation.

He’s an active advisor and public speaker at TEDx, World Bank, UN, Fortune 500 companies, and many more. He likes traveling, good food, and deep conversations.
