From ages 16 to 32, Frank Hannigan worked in press and radio. (He took the "Cork" out of the Examiner.) He later moved to become Commercial Manager at Ireland On-Line. The next 20 years commercialised IP at a series of Start-ups as Founder, Advisor and Investor. Frank serves on the Board of RTÉ, Medxnote, IMCA, Cork Foundation & StrategyCrowd 7 works on programmes at EI & European Commission.

Frank Hannigan fell in love with Daily Newspapers on a week long internship in La Croix at 16 years of age . Over the next sixteen years he worked in Magazines, Radio and Newspapers, taking the "Cork" out of the Examiner as Commercial Manager.
In a freak accident he became an Internet pioneer, becoming Commercial Head at Ireland On-Line. The next 20 years were focussed on Commercialising IP at a series of Start-ups as Founder, Advisor and Investor.
In 2008 he decided he could create more value cross-pollinating a number of projects than he could by focusing on just one project. He committed to being a full time Business Advisor.
Frank serves on the Board of RTÉ, Medxnote, IMCA, Cork Foundation and StrategyCrowd. He works on programmes at Enterprise Ireland, European Commission and European Bank of Reconstruction & Development.
