 Derek is a seasoned COO with a proven track record of scaling high-growth technology companies. Currently leading the operations at TCP Software, a portfolio company of a $30B US-based corporation, he oversees a global team of 1500+ employees across four continents.
With a deep understanding of both product and services, Derek has successfully grown businesses from inception to over $100M in revenue. His expertise spans a wide range of operational functions including engineering, customer success, and cloud operations.
He has a history of collaborating with visionary founders and executives to achieve ambitious goals.
Derek's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his successful ventures: scaling a company from $250K to $5M in four years and driving growth from $9M to $30M in just three.
He is currently spearheading the expansion of a $25M business to a $200M enterprise with a 600-person team based in Lahore.
Derek had worked as Director of Global IT Programs @ Honeywell at BEPC. Before that he Cofounded Angelo Solutions had an impressive 20x revenue growth over 4 years and had a successful exit. Derek also worked for Wells Fargo as a business Banker.
