Mohamed Tolba is Egyptian entrepreneur , a Qualified Solution Sales Manager focusing on customer pains and needs rather than providing an existing product. The trust gained in this Consulting Sales Approach during the past years had gave him more insight into the customer current and future business needs leading to early engagement in the customers business Solution planning. Tolba held several high management posts at different IT companies. He moved to Sudan in 2006 and became the Telecom Sales Manager of North Africa & Country Manager of International Turnkey Systems, before he started his own enterprise company: Over Coffee Solutions-OCS in 2013. OCS was founded in 2013 to promote transformation of business practices and profitability with three main centers of efforts: Software Solutions, Professional Services and IT-Outsourcing  .Offer business markets nationwide a variety of products and services related to Enterprise Applications and Professional Services .OCS head office is in Cairo, Egypt. It serves as a regional anchor and oversees local operations. The proximity is convenient to build strong ties with businesses in the country. OCS currently has sales representative offices in Khartoum, Sudan and Tunisia. They facilitate sales operations there and initiate business ties until OCS branches are ready to launch full operations. In the same year, he founded "Salafyo Costa," or "Costa Salafis" an activist group that embraces cultural diversity and pluralism and strives for social justice.  It has evolved since into a social movement and a forum for dialogue, which brings together activists from different cultural, religious, ideological and ethnic backgrounds. Salafyo Costa has Coptic Christians,socialists , Muslim Brotherhood members and liberals. Some of the female members wear a niqāb while others sport a pair of jeans. Together they have forged a common identity and pursued common goals. Working as a regional manager in company with +30 nationalities enhanced the team work experience driving his team to the goal oriented model in achieving our targets . In his free time, he engaged himself into human rights and community development activities. He write articles both in English and Arabic for portals, news papers and Research centers.
