Marat Lutfullin (30) studied chemistry in Moscow State University and received a PhD in 2013. In 2016 he came to KAUST and subsequently founded Quantum Solutions. The company, based in Saudi Arabia, is a manufacturer of nanomaterials called "Quantum Dots" for applications in displays, solar cells and sensors. Quantum Solution's goal is to become the leading worldwide manufacturer of quantum dots.
