HappyFresh, the grocery delivery service, has been undergoing many changes during 2015-2017 and they have succeeded in securing one of the biggest Series A in the region with 12 Million funding backed by Top Investors like SMDV and Temasek Holdings. In 2016, they have also raised another undisclosed Series B funding which rumored to be bigger than before.
Interestingly, Top fundings doesn't means sustainble business and they have been pulling Manila and Taiwan earlier on 2017 to focus on more sustainable business. While the first CEO Markus is now sitting on the board of Investors, HappyFresh continued to be the number one contenders for Grocery Delivery services in the South East Asia Regions.
