Firat Isbecer serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Etohum A.S. In 2004, Firat started the master’s program on Geopolitics at Paris Universite Paris-Sorbonne and Ecole Normale Superieure joint program after which he started working at Paris based Ipemmed think-tank. Firat also took part in the establishment of Pozitron’s mobile marketing branch and is also part of the executive committee of Shakespeare In Love clothing brand. While studying at Galatasaray High School in Istanbul, Fatih Isbecer went to the US in 1992 as an AFS exchange student where he noticed that the technology revolution in the United States will spread to Turkey soon. Upon his return to Turkey, Isbecer initiated his first internet venture, Pentagraph, with 4 other college friends while completing his degree in Physics at Istanbul Technical University. At the age of 24, he founded his 2nd venture Pozitron. A company that now provides mobile software solutions for Fortune500 companies from Turkey, Middle East and Europe. In 2007, Fatih’s success was recognized by Endeavor Global when he was selected as “Entrepreneur of the Year”. Later in 2010, he was honered with an invitation to “Presidential Summit on Entrepreneurship” held by Barack Obama. Fatih is also a member of Endeavor Advisory board and TÜBİSAD administrative board. He has also given speeches in well-established schools like MIT Sloan School and Stanford GSB.
