Since the day he was only a student of IT Department of Vietnam National University, Hieu had shown great enthusiasm to programming and developed social-oriented ideas.
Originated from his graduation thesis, Hieu formed and started his own Start Up called TopCV in 2015. Till this very moment, TopCV has been having over 300,000 users and generating revenue from its three service packages: Translating resume between Vietnamese and English, resume designing consultancy, and linking users with potential employers.
Besides being the founder of TopCV, Mr. Hieu used to hold the position of a Co-founder of Google Developer Groups Hanoi (also known as GDG Vietnam) – the community of Google tech developer patronized by Google that aims to brings new technology to people. From his own Start Up experience, Hieu believes that in order to succeed, one must dare to expose himself and ready to take risk. Furthermore, patience is one of the most important virtues required to succeed.
