At 19, Maddy founded Lucky 7 Dog Rescue, now situated on Broadway in Downtown Green Bay. Maddy’s organization focuses on engagement in the community through helping animals and offering a positive environment for people to get involved in animal welfare and the world of nonprofits. By offering positional opportunities for volunteers to develop both professionally and personally, Maddy builds relationships with other organizations.
