Caroline has more than 20 years of experience from building rapidly growing service companies, in which she has been responsible for both strategy and business development, as well as investor relations. Caroline has also been a managing director at well renowned tech consultancy Semcon. In the midst of the financial crisis of 2008 Caroline co-founded Vinngroup, which builds and develops agile, personal and specialised consultancies in IT, R&D and Communication. Vinngroup has since experienced rapid and profitable growth, and currently consists of 12 specialist companies. Caroline’s motto is “Teamwork, specialisation and dedication”.
