Startup Grind Gibraltar is proud to present another edition of our highly anticipated Pitch Competition SG 'Presents You' —a platform for startups and SMEs in Gibraltar to showcase their innovative ideas, connect with industry leaders and take their businesses to the next level.

At Startup Grind, our mission is to build a thriving entrepreneurial community by bringing people together, sharing knowledge and providing startups with the support they need to succeed. Over the past few years, we’ve hosted over 100 events, offering opportunities for local businesses to grow and excel. Congratulations to all of our applicants we were blown away with the level of projects that we received.

We are privileged to welcome Louise Federico Partner at Hassans International Law Firm Ltd, James Victor Co-Founder at Kensho Agency and Ruth Massias Greenberg, Founder of Gamma Architects, as the judge of our upcoming SG 'Presents You' Pitch Competition on 23rd October at Sapphire Bar, Sunborn Gibraltar Yacht Hotel. As a special contribution, Gamma Architects is offering a £500.00 cash prize to the winning startup, along with 3 hours of architectural consultancy or design advice.

Amberfied is an online wellness marketplace where you can find and book wellness providers for in-person services. In today’s digital-centric world, where health and self-care often take a backseat, Amberfied has emerged as a vital platform bridging the gap between individuals seeking in-person health and wellness services and providers offering holistic health care.

Sustainabuild Ltd specialises in building energy efficiency and sustainability. Our services were originally provided by AMA Services Ltd but following the rising demand for sustainability and drive to move towards a greener future, creating a new company to offer these services became apparent. In 2023 Sustainabuild Ltd was born, the first of its kind in Gibraltar. We work closely with our clients and play a leading role in making positive changes. We are committed to improving our clients’ sustainability performance through our engineering, design and environmental services.

Unpacked's mission is to reduce single-use plastic waste by offering affordable, eco-friendly alternatives. We provide a service unique to Gibraltar by delivering eco-friendly cleaning, laundry and personal care products in returnable and reusable containers. Through our website, residents can easily order refills for their everyday essentials, with the flexibility to purchase as much or as little as they need. Our 5L return and refill service is the most sustainable option, with returnable jerrycans providing up to 10 refills at home. These long-lasting refills make eco-friendly shopping more convenient, while significantly reducing plastic waste and minimising environmental impact.

What to Expect

• Selected startups will present their business ideas to a panel of expert judges and a live audience.
• Our panel of judges, made up of experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders, will provide valuable feedback.
• The winning startup will receive a bundle of services tailored to help their business grow, including legal consultation, marketing support and access to workspace.
• The winning startup will receive a prize services bundle valued at over £5k and a £500.00 cash prize generously provided by Gamma Architects.
