Naim is the General Director of Bashir Siksik & Co., the largest supply and production company for infrastructure and irrigation materials in the Gaza Strip. Naim has developed the company from a local side shop into a local industry leader employing over 200 employees at several departments of the company, and operating the largest plumbing and infrastructure factory in Palestine since 2005.

Naim Siksik is the General Director and Board Chairman of Bashir Siksik & Co., the largest supply and production company for infrastructure and irrigation materials in the Gaza Strip, and is the exclusive re-seller for a number of international brands in the field of sanitary ware and fittings.

While the company was founded by Bashir Siksik in 1975, his son Naim has developed the company under his watch to grow from a local side shop into a local industry leader employing over 200 employees at several departments of the company, and operating the largest plumbing and infrastructure factory in Palestine since 2005.
