Whether you're a business owner, aspiring entrepreneur, freelancer, or juggling multiple roles alongside a full-time job, finding balance can be tough. How do we manage the demands, avoid burnout, and combat feelings of isolation?
At Startup Grind Scotland, we've been fostering connections and supporting the Scottish entrepreneurial ecosystem since 2014. We've hosted countless events featuring inspiring speakers and startups, providing invaluable insights and fostering connections within our community.
We understand the importance of mental well-being, especially in the startup world, where founders often face overwhelming pressures. In fact, a staggering 49% of founders have considered quitting their startups this year due to feeling overworked and exhausted.
Join us for an engaging event with candid conversations about self-care, managing well-being in business, and preventing burnout. Plus, enjoy healthy food and non-alcoholic drink options from Jump Ship Brewing (Scotland's first and only dedicated alcohol-free brewery) and Savyll Beverage Company as we promote a holistic approach to entrepreneurship!
