About your hosts:

Bruce Harvie is a partner in the Corporate Group, based in the firm’s Edinburgh office. He has a wealth of experience in acquisitions, joint ventures, group reorganisations, investment work, company disposals/exits and in providing corporate governance advice to clients across a broad range of sectors.

Craig Wilson is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department and a member of CMS’ Energy & Climate Change sector group. With established expertise in mergers and acquisitions, investments and group reorganisations, Craig advises a variety of clients across all aspects of the corporate lifecycle from initial start-up and investment, fundraising through to acquisitions and ultimately disposals, in particular relating to the energy sector.
