Russell Dalgleish operates across a range of sectors, taking the role of Investor, Advisor, and Entrepreneur to a portfolio of SME and Start-Up businesses. Home is Linlithgow but his career has primarily been based from London & Overseas. After graduating from Edinburgh Napier University Russell established a career during the 80’s and 90’s promoting Scottish technology in the US and Asia primarily in the electronics and technology sectors. Firsts here included establishing a business in San Jose, California, successfully building a sales delivery network across Japan, Korea & China for Scottish designed technology and leading the first major Cloud based business from the UK. This century Russell has been involved in the turnaround and investment community prior to establishing Exolta Capital Partners a unique group of experienced professionals who device and implement strategies to drive growth in UK businesses. Russell holds a number of roles today including that of Director of We Are The Future a not-for-profit aimed at inspiring and supporting young entrepreneurs through the delivery of unique events around the world. This year events will be held in San Francisco, Abu Dhabi and Edinburgh. As Managing Partner of Exolta Capital Partners and Director of WeAreTheFuture (Encouraging Youth Entrepreneurship globally).
