Kamal is one of the most prominent faces of innovation and entrepreneurship in Dubai.  He is the President and CEO of Innovation 360, an innovation management and operation advisory group that works with private and public entities throughout the world. I360 recently launched TURN8, a seed accelerator program designed to encourage innovative entrepreneurship worldwide, starting with Dubai. The program is a DP World initiative and has successfully launched dozens of companies since its inception.   Prior to founding Innovation 360, Kamal spent seven years with Breakthrough Management Group International (BMGI), a worldwide Performance Excellence and Innovation consultancy. As Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, he spearheaded the firm’s corporate strategy development and execution, international business development, and industry practices. Kamal holds a BS in Biology and Genetics and a MS in Genetic Engineering from San Francisco State University.
