This month our featured topic is remote work. We will get in conversation with Nitesh Agrawal, Co-founder of Dive, a platform to bring your team together wherever they are and help them socialize with their colleagues by doing things that they love. Nitesh will share his thoughts on how remote work will evolve over the next few years, and what it means for startups.

Nitesh will share his thoughts on how remote work will evolve over the next few years, and what it means for startups.
Nitesh is a serial entrepreneur and loves solving problems using the power of tech. He has built, scaled, and exited from Indiez where he was the CEO. Indiez was one of the first 100% remote companies and had about 200+ employees in many countries. Previous to Indiez, he scaled Housing.com (Softbank backed, $400M Co) as a core team member. He got his first taste of startup as the first employee of Ola (India's Uber). He graduated from IITB in 2012. He loves remote work and has worked out of 15+ countries himself. He is an avid blogger with his blogs read by 100,000+ people.
Dive is the social space for remote teams. Dive solves one of the biggest problems for remotely located teams: isolation. With Dive, you can bring togetherness to your team and build a great culture. You can play games like Pictionary, Poker, Catan, talk on common topics while having a video conference. Their product is in pilot by teams at Facebook, Gitlab, Swiggy and Khatabook, right now. And so far, they have reported significant engagement improvements. You can visit their website at - www.letsdive.io.
This month we have a theme of the month. We felt it would benefit you a lot more if we focused our efforts on bringing more content and speakers on a theme each month. We chose "Remote work" for this month, and you can expect to see content related to it on our social media channels. We will also be going to do a giveaway (maybe even two?) during the event, so stay tuned!
We would also want if you can share some of your anecdotes of remote work experiences you might have had. It can be as a text, a photo and a caption or a short 15-sec clip. We would love to share this on our social media feeds.
