Eric joined S3 Ventures in 2018 and is currently a full-time Venture Partner. He serves on the boards of S3 Ventures portfolio companies Cherry Circle Software, NoiseAware, and VUV Analytics. He previously served on the boards of Atmosphere and Briggo, prior to its acquisition by Coca-Cola. He also works closely with Allstacks, Liquibase, and Interplay Learning.
Eric was previously CEO at Invodo — an S3 Ventures portfolio company — which was acquired by CoCreativ (Industrial Color Studios) in early 2018. Prior to Invodo, Eric was a Partner at Sevin Rosen Funds, where he helped lead the firm’s investment in Invodo. Eric also worked at Microsoft, where he held a variety of roles in product management, product planning, and enterprise sales across several business units. Eric began his career as a Sales Engineer at Trilogy Software in Austin, TX. Eric has an MBA from Harvard Business School — as well as an MCS in Distributed Systems and a BA, cum laude, in Computer Science — both from Rice University.
