Loop Returns is one of central Ohio’s fastest growing startups having raised over 10.5 million dollars in funding to date. As part of the quickly growing e-commerce sector, Loop is looking to solve a massive problem in their industry: returns. Returns account for 20-30% of e-commerce sales and not only hurt businesses in terms of sales, but often involve other operational costs on top of that. With a sleek platform that integrates into Shopify, Loop is creating a system to help streamline the returns process and help create love after purchase.
