We are excited to have Kasturi Wilson, Group CEO of Hemas Holdings PLC. Kasturi is Alumni of Havard Business School, and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK and has also served on its board. Kasturi was also recognized as one of the 12 women change makers of Sri Lanka by the parliament of Sri Lanka and USAID in 2019. Kasturi was listed in Lanka Monthly Digest’s 2018 and 2019 A-LIST of 50 Sri Lankan businesspeople and was named a career role model by Women in Management in 2013.

We asked Kasturi When it comes to your career and personal growth "Has it been a smooth road?" Her response, "No, it has most definitely not been a smooth road. It has been quite the bumpy and challenging road. The biggest challenge has been getting others to believe in your dream when it hasn’t been done before. People don’t know exactly what to expect when they hear about it for the first time.
