John Bishop is a Managing Partner of Tupper Lake Partners and a Managing Partner of MB Energy Partners. He formerly served as COO of Chart Industries, Global Head of Oilfield Services & Equipment investment banking at Morgan Stanley and in the Global Energy Group at Citigroup. He is a director of Tejas Production Services and Aquadrill, as well as P6 Technologies. Tupper Lake Partners is a venture capital firm based in Texas and Colorado. The firm was founded in 2020 by a group of former energy and technology CEOs, including graduates of Texas A&M University. Tupper Lake Partners invests in early-stage technology companies focused on traditional and new energy, and tech in the broader ESG/decarbonization economy. The firm's investment philosophy is to partner with innovative startups that have the potential to make a significant impact on the energy industry.
