We ensure that the group is small and only founders and Co-founders of registered startups and some of their team members are allowed to participate.
At each Founders Lunch, we invite one founder to host the session and talk about a topic that is relevant for other founders.
In China, WeChat is the mobile Internet. In the US, to find a business, you go to the Internet. In China, you go to WeChat.
But WeChat has no conversation management tool for managing customers. There is no Google Analytics, there is no mixpanel, there is no intercom. There is nothing. But they need the tool!
Jiarui knows this because she built the world's most popular OpenSource API for WeChat. It is huge, with 10,000 developers and 5,000 stars on GitHub. And she is the founder & CEO of JuziBot focus on WeChat business.
When Jiarui was in the Bay Area in YC, she was constantly asked by other alumni from the US about selling things to China through WeChat, and showed a lot of interest in building a chatbot on WeChat.
This Friday, April 23d Jiarui will share with fellow founders how to build a chatbot for WeChat from zero to one with Microsoft cognitive service.
