Maxim is the CEO and Founder of Transport Systems, software provider to low-cost travel suppliers (bus, railway and ferry operators), est. Feb. 2014, and Tickets.co.th, a web-platform for online bus booking in Thailand, est. Aug. 2014. Prior to that, Maxim was investor in Thai startups with Digital Media Partners and VP Business Development & Marketing for 2C2P (Thailand’s largest payment solutions provider). Maxim first came to Thailand in 2009, after graduating from Wharton and INSEAD, with an MBA in Venture Capital and Private Equity. In his previous life, Maxim was spearheading marketing and operations in various Private Equity-funded companies in Russia and Ukraine.

Tickets Co., Ltd. operates tickets.co.th, an online platform for budget travelers to book bus, railway, ferry and low-cost airlines in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Currently we offer bus tickets in Thailand only (expect more soon!).

Transport Systems Co., Ltd. (Thailand), headquartered in Singapore (Transport Systems Pte., Ltd.), is a software provider to low-cost travel suppliers (transport operators and travel agents). The two main products include Fleet and Inventory Management System for buses, railways and ferries and Global Distribution System (much like Amadeus, but for low-cost operators), which is used by online and offline travel agents to book tickets.
