JAMES CODDINGTON Co-Founder of Pride and Joy James is passionate about leadership and allowing people to grow and develop in their roles. A competitive person with a history of competitive sports, James led NZ Ski as CEO for six and half years. He left the role mid-2013 to pursue a lifelong dream and aspiration to create a global brand built around Kiwi ingenuity and our core values: Pride & Joy. Pride & Joy’s single purpose is to ‘entrepreneurise’ the remarkable people amongst today’s unemployed and under-employed. It is a business in which 'Remarkable Unemployees' can be involved and not only create significant profitability for them but also teach them the necessary skills and experience they will require to build a successful business. Pride & Joy launched in Auckland on December 16 with two Pods, and now has 5 Pods in New Zealand. They are 'hatching' new Pods in Wellington, New Plymouth, Tauranga and other parts of Auckland over the coming weeks.
