Megan is co-founder and General Partner at Gold House Ventures, the first venture fund in North America built to invest exclusively in startups founded by Asians and Pacific Islanders. Gold House Ventures is the venture arm of Gold House, a nonprofit founded to elevate APIs through cultural unity, investment opportunities, and promotion.
Megan principally built Gold House’s founder and investor networks, respectively the leading networks of Asian Pacific entrepreneurs (55% identifying as female) and early-stage investors (300+ Partner-level institutional VCs) in North America.
Prior to launching Gold House Ventures, Megan created the Gold House Ventures Accelerator, a biannual incubation program for API founders whose 115+ alumni since 2020 have collectively raised more than $1.5 billion. Megan is a Forbes 30 Under 30 Honoree in Venture Capital, a Signature Block Emerging 50 Venture Capitalist, Susa Venture Fellow, and member of Global Women in VC and All Raise.
Prior to founding Gold House Ventures, Megan led venture capital investments at the Johnson & Johnson family office and advised institutional and family office clients at Morgan Stanley in New York. Megan co-founded and serves as Managing Partner of the Stanford Graduate School of Business 23 Fund, investing in startups founded by the MBA Class of 2023.
She has been featured as a speaker and advocate for the API community by TechCrunch, Forbes, CNBC, ABC, AdWeek, NYU Stern, Chicago Booth, Yale School of Management, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and more.

With a career marked by the successful management of over 15 M&A deals totaling more than $150 billion, including high-profile mergers such as CVS-Aetna and Viacom-CBS, Immpana has demonstrated her adeptness in navigating complex financial landscapes. Currently, she serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Koherent Inc., where her role transcends fund management to include shaping the future of venture capital.
Immpana hails from Mysore, India, and has pursued higher education with a master's degree from New York University and an MBA from Columbia University. Her academic and professional journeys reflect her commitment to excellence and innovation, making her a formidable force in her fields.
