Joséphine Kant is a Principal at Dogwood Ventures, where she invests in early-stage startups. Before Dogwood, she was a part of Y Combinator’s Growth Fund. Prior to that, she led global programs at Google for Startups. Joséphine started her career at Google, working in sales and people operations, advising Google leadership on talent strategy.
Joséphine is also a certified leadership coach with the Co-Active Training Institute, the largest experiential coach training and leadership development organization in the world. She runs a private coaching practice for founders and sits on the Forbes Coaching Council, an invitation-only organization for leading business coaches.
The fireside chat will be moderated by Thea C. Myhrvold, Founder and CEO at Getbee.
Thea is a seasoned entrepreneur and a third-time founder with a successful exit and over 14 years of experience across retail, B2B, learning, and healthcare. Recognized for her achievements, she has received awards such as being one of the 10 Faces of Expo 2020, the Cartier Women’s Awards, and a Mercedes-Benz Brand Ambassadorship.
