Muhannad Taslaq is the CEO and co-founder of Mixed Dimensions (MXD3D). Muhannad’s previous experience is in software engineering, product development, project management, and business development. Prior to Co-founding MXD3D, he worked with several IT companies and governmental entities in Jordan and in the Middle East. These include the ICT Association of Jordan, where he led efforts to make Jordan a hub for technology development, and MonU-Tech Information Systems and Astra in Saudi Arabia, where he held a number of business development positions. Driven by a childhood hobby and passion for gaming and content creation, Muhannad first established a gaming startup in 2006. He co-founded MXD in 2011, hoping to offer non-professional users tools for 3D model and asset creation. Among other awards, MXD has won Jordan’s National Business Plan Competition, was selected as one of the top 50 innovative companies in the World Bank InfoDev Competition, and was admitted to the fourth class of the Alchemist Business Accelerator in the Bay Area in Q2/Q3 2014. Muhannad is actively involved in building a strong IT and gaming community in the Middle East, reflected in his founding role to build TechJordan (a non-profit for IT professionals), and his involvement with Jordan Gaming Task force and the Jordan Entrepreneurs Initiative. Muhannad is a gaming addict, an interactive 3D aficionado, and a big fan of Real Madrid FC and the San Francisco 49rs.
