Founded in 2007 by expats looking to play recreational sports in Dubai, DUPLAYS grew from 20 friends playing ultimate frisbee to over 40,000 members playing 20+ sports. We’re proud to help people of all backgrounds and job titles come together every day through the camaraderie of sport.
With a passion for new and creative ideas and a background in new media and small startups, Simon brings to Startup Grind Dubai what is needed to be the driving force of a Chapter Director. His wealth of experience and knowledge in the marketing and branding sectors across many new startup companies helps bring a diverse skill base and passion to grow the entreprenuer netork in Dubai. Simon is the founder of ThinkTank and a part of a strong local network of influential people. He is excited about extending the Startup Grind community to the UAE by spear heading the Dubai Chapter. With an interesting list of up coming events, Dubai is set to be a powerful spring board for any budding entrepreneuer.
