Jason Ibarra is a life-long entrepreneur, 12 year digital marketer and Digital Director at Tropic Survival.
Starting as the first employee and ending as the Agency Director, Jason dedicated eight years to building South Florida internet marketing agency Exults at an average growth rate of 250% year over year. As part of his commitment to South Florida’s entrepreneurial and technology community he spends time in advisory and director roles on the boards of TEDxMiami
, the South Florida Interactive Marketing Association.
He’s no stranger to what it means to be lean, in 2012 he co-founded HalfOffDrinks.com a growth hacked Groupon clone focused on bars and nightlife which grew to 10,000 subscribers in Miami within three months, before he set the project aside to join partners in his current early stage startup Recovery Passport
A native of South Florida, Jason is a seafood lover who prefers to dive in and chase his dinner. His favorite pastime, spearfishing reflects his attitude in life to “dive in and go after what he wants.”
In 2013 Jason became a new Father to son, Callid Corvis Ibarra and he says seeing Callid breathe the same air we all breathe drives him more than ever to make a difference in this World.
“I’m not counting on reincarnation.”

Rita loves challenges and solving problems especially when dealing with finding innovative ways to brand and communicate with customers and colleagues in new markets whether it may be in India or USA. She believes nothing is impossible and loves working with new challenging projects.
Thinking and living out of the box and customary ways has given her success as she worked in creating award winning advertising campaigns for clients such as Philips India, Colgate Palmolive, Monsanto Chemicals, Chartered Bank of India; and while serving as a Board Member/ Chairperson in New York Women in Film & TV, Broadway Cares, Independent Film Market NYC, Indian Broadcasting Network TV & Entertainment Production, PBS; and in Florida with Pine Crest School (MUSPA), Nu River Landing, Association of Indian Physicians of Florida or Indian Regional Cultural Center among others.
She is a business and social entrepreneur in the world of technology and education along with actively working on national and international advertising, television and new media marketing.
