Could it possibly get harder to hire than now? I'm guessing yes, but it's hard to imagine. Every single person I talk to running a funded company asks for referrals or help with hiring. But where should you even start when identifying your potential dream team?

Bo Fishback and the founding team at Zaarly had a great idea to start by identifying the superstars that they all knew and then do everything you can do go after them. SELL SELL SELL!

Easy enough to identify these people, but how do you close them? Zaarly's founder and CEO Bo Fishback said they sold the massive vision of the company and because of how much the founders had given up to start Zaarly.

Be advised just listening to Bo might make you want to jump in and it's not hard to understand why they convinced their top draft picks to join the company.
