Vince has over 20 years of marketing, internet and credit card experience. Bill Me Later was ranked #6 on the INC 500 in 2007 and was acquired by eBay for $1 billion in 2008.
Now, Vince is the VP of Merchant Marketing at PayPal, an eBay company. Prior to starting Bill Me Later, Inc., Vince was CMO for Talk.com and First USA's Wingspanbank.com. Also at First USA, Vince started and oversaw the bank's Internet department, landing him Internet Advertising Bureau's 1999 "Marketer of the Year" award. Vince started his career at Citibank managing the direct mail, telemarketing and new product development marketing functions.
As part of his effort to give back, Vince is active in the Baltimore education community supporting efforts to transform public education. Vince is a member of Towson University’s Board of Visitors and a Board member at the Digital Harbor Foundation. Vince serves as an advisor and investor to several Education Technology startups in the region. Vince earned his MBA from The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and his BS in Economics and Finance from Towson University.

Riffing on the "Office Hours" added to Startup Grind events with First Round Capital's Howard Morgan and 500Startups' Paul Singh, Wasabi Ventures, Managing Partner, Tom "TK" Kuegler will select 5 startups to meet with him for 10 min, one on one sessions in an exclusive scheduled hour just prior to the chat with Vince.
TK will be making his selections from a report to be provided by Cdling Capital Services Inc.
